As part of the project “Support for the transition to low-carbon electric mobility in Ecuador”, a meeting of the Technical Advisory Group was held—an essential space for exchanging ideas and recommendations that drive the shift toward cleaner and more efficient mobility in the country.
The session, led by PhD. Luis Miguel Torres, Coordinator of Logistics and Transportation at the Center for Mathematical Modeling (MODEMAT), focused on discussing the next steps for implementing a cross-docking platform and launching an electric mobility pilot.
The meeting brought together experts in logistics, transportation, and sustainability, who contributed their knowledge and experience to the design of integrated and sustainable solutions aimed at reducing emissions and improving operational efficiency in the sector.
At MODEMAT, we reaffirm our commitment to innovation, cross-sector collaboration, and the use of scientific tools to contribute to a transportation system that meets today’s challenges and helps build a greener future.
